A: The website migration service that we are offering is free (within a certain limit). We’ll transfer your web site(s) to our high–performance cloud hosting platform without you having to do anything. We know from personal experience that switching hosting providers can lead to lost data and undesirable network downtime. This is the reason why we’ll perform all that for you for free!We have highly competent administrators whose chief job is to make sure that your website performs exactly as it did on your old hosting platform. The administrators are experts in migrating custom–made websites, as well as websites that are based on famous web apps like Joomla^™ and WordPress.

A: While we cannot give you a precise ETA, because there are plenty of variables, among them the physical size of the files and databases, the physical location of the current host’s server, the complexity of your site and the current workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we’ll give our very best to move your site within 48 hours, and in certain cases – within 24 hours (in case the content is not very large).

A: We’ll need the login details for your current web hosting provider’s Control Panel and the web site’s name (domain name).

A: Customer privacy is one of our paramount responsibilities – this is why, both our payment page and our Control Panel login page are secured with enterprise–level Secure Sockets Layer certificates. We use security measures, which include, but are not limited to: physical, electronic and administrative methods to secure the data that we obtain on the Internet. And we have a very detailed and rigorous Privacy Policy, which outlines the types of information that we collect.

A: Your website will continue to work just like it did before with your previous web hosting provider. As soon as we are through with the transfer, your site will be configured to work on our system and we’ll alert you to preview it. If everything is working properly, all you will have to do is update the name server resource records associated with your domain. Your website will be migrated to us without any downtime whatsoever.

A: Nope. Aside from your login info for the Control Panel, we will not require anything. We’ll never get in touch with your hosting provider. They won’t know anything about the transfer either.

A: Yes. We support all common Linux–powered hosting platforms. We don’t support Windows–powered web hosting platforms, as we do not offer Windows web hosting solutions ourselves.Furthermore, we don’t support proprietary website building and administration tools like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
